Tree and storm cleanup work in Timberlane
Timberlane has the tree canopy that makes the neighborhood and also makes the problem, and after a windy season the crews here are cutting, chipping and hauling for weeks. A Timberlane tree job moves house to house, so the unit sits at whichever Timberlane drive the crew is working and we reposition it on the route day.
Chipper trucks fill a Timberlane driveway completely. We set a Timberlane unit at the street end so nothing has to be shuffled to reach it.
The course, the club and Timberlane events
The Timberlane course hosts tournaments and the clubhouse runs receptions, and neither one wants a job-site cabin in view. A Timberlane event order is deluxe units or the trailer, placed behind the cart barn or on the service drive where the sightlines are already blocked. Course work at Timberlane is separate from that. Timberlane greens and bunker projects take a standard unit at the maintenance yard rather than out on a fairway.
Canals, drainage and the Timberlane ground
Timberlane backs onto the parish drainage canals, and the ground between the course and the houses stays wet under the turf all year. A Timberlane unit on grass drops a corner inside a month, so plank goes under every setting. The canal side of Timberlane is the wettest ground in the neighborhood by a clear margin.
Roots are the other Timberlane issue here. A Timberlane oak will have lifted a driveway panel, and we shim the setting rather than fight it. Summer takes any Timberlane crew job to twice weekly service from June, and a Timberlane tree crew in August gets the handwashing stand refilled every visit.
