A quick, honest look at the sliver a phone call reveals — and the long list it leaves alone.

This website exists for one thing: so people around New Orleans can phone in and get a porta potty quote. No cart, no login, no form waiting to catch your details — whatever comes next, it goes through a call to (504) 226-6844.
On the call you pass along a delivery address, the dates in play and a rough headcount. That is all it takes to book and service the rental, and none of it is put to any other use.
The server this site rides on notes the standard technical lines — IP address, browser, the pages requested — to keep abuse out and the site reachable, and any traffic tallied folds into totals rather than singling out a visitor.
Our own cookies sit between few and none; a page with a map pulls from Google Maps, and some layouts load fonts from Google Fonts, each given only what it needs to draw. Turn cookies off and (504) 226-6844 is still there on the screen to dial.
A fulfillment partner picks up and puts your delivery on the schedule, so a live dispatcher stays with the order. Their view stops at that booking, and we never sell, rent or pass your details along for outside marketing.
Louisiana has not passed a broad consumer-privacy law, so there is no formal request channel to send you to; what we can say is that we work phone-only and keep almost nothing on file. Call (504) 226-6844 and we will read back the booking details we hold and correct or erase them on request.
This is a site for grown adults setting up rentals; it is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly keep any information from someone under 13.
When this page gets rewritten, we change the date sitting at the top and the current text is the only version that governs.
Anything on this page is best handled by voice — (504) 226-6844. For anything in writing, written notice goes to 10900 Old Gentilly Rd, New Orleans, LA 70127.
The information on this page is general in nature and is not legal advice. The operator of this website answers to the New Orleans Porta Potty name when doing business.
One phone call and the drop, servicing and haul are set all across the parish and New Orleans & the surrounding area.
